Trilab Racing may take photographs and videos during training sessions, races, and club events to promote the club and celebrate member achievements. We rely on legitimate interests as the lawful basis for this processing.

The club operates an opt-out approach. Unless a member informs us otherwise, we will assume they are happy for images of them to be used. Members can opt out or request removal of specific images at any time by contacting info@trilabracing.com.

We may share your personal data with governing bodies (e.g., Triathlon England), event organisers, and service providers supporting club administration. We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

9. How Long We Keep Your Data

Membership records are retained for the duration of membership plus two years.

Financial records are retained for six years.

Photographs and videos are retained until an objection is received or they are no longer required.
